Offers services for pregnant, breastfeeding and post-partum women, infants and children. The benefits include supplemental nutritious foods; nutrition education and counseling; screening and referrals to other health, welfare, and social services. Also has a full-time breastfeeding peer counselor on staff.

Must meet income guidelines, be nutritionally at risk (pregnant and/or breastfeeding women, non-breastfeeding postpartum women, infants, and children 5 years of age or younger). Individuals currently approved for Soonercare, TANF, SNAP, or FDIPR automatically qualify.

Must provide photo ID/driver's license, proof of income, proof of residence, and if pregnant, proof of pregnancy.
