Provides vocational rehabilitation services that help individuals with disabilities become more independent through employment. Offers training, education, and job placement. Other services may be provided to compensate for, correct or prevent disability-based barriers to employment and to help individuals adjust to blindness and develop independent living skills.

Must have a disability that prohibits working or is an individual that needs vocational rehabilitation services to prepare for, find, keep or return to employment.

Must provide photo ID/driver's license and documented proof of disability.
