Provides income qualifying seniors with a $50 gift card that can be exchanged for tokens to purchase eligible food items (fruits, vegetables, honey, and herbs) at qualified farmers' markets.
SERVICE HOURS
Hours vary, call for details. Season usually begins May 1st and ends October 30th.
INTAKE PROCEDURE
Invitation only to apply. Application to be completed by senior, or their representative, at designated Farmer's Market location. Applications cannot be mailed.
