FEES
*Full Time is up to 40 hours per week, with monthly payments of $1292.50
*Part-time is up to but not exceeding 20 hours per week, with monthly payments of $646.25.
ELIGIBILITY
* Must have been diagnosed with delayed cognitive abilities and multiple disabilities.
* Must be 18 years of age or older and no longer eligible for high school.
* Should not have a history of exhibiting harmful or disruptive behavior to self, staff, volunteers or other clients.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
DRS denial form and most current school IEP.
