SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Offers legal advocates who provide danger assessment and safety planning and assistance with Affidavit preparation. Bilingual Advocates. Referrals to confidential, emergency shelter. Forensic nurses, specially trained and certified in sexual assault, injury documentation and immediate health assessment/referral. Access to law enforcement detectives. Referrals to Child Advocate Therapist to assist parents and children with trauma related issues. Referrals to other community resources for basic needs and long -term counseling for the victim, children and family members. Spiritual support through Multi-Faith Chaplain.
SERVICE HOURS
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; Those filing for emergency protective orders are encouraged to come as early as possible. Due to the time it takes to enter affidavits and info at the Court, affidavits filed later than 3pm may not be received that day. Please call ahead if you will be arriving later than 3pm.
INTAKE PROCEDURE
Walk-ins accepted.
FEES
None.
ELIGIBILITY
Victim or perpetrator must reside, or incident must have occurred, in the service area. Victim must be a survivor of family or domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking.

TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS
Free Parking is available in the lot below the Aloft Hotel provided by Secure Parking. Follow 5th Street (Denver) past the roundabout to the ramp behind the Aloft Hotel and drive down the ramp. Once you have parked, be sure you have your license tag number with you. At the FSC you will enter your car tag for free parking.
