SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Solicits, warehouses, and distributes donated food and other items to Partner Agencies in the eight southeastern counties of Oklahoma. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DIRECT SERVICE FOOD PROGRAM TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
INTAKE PROCEDURE
Application required.
FEES
Set fee determined by the amount of product received.
ELIGIBILITY
Must be a private non-profit organization or church with programs serving low-income individuals. Organizations may not charge for food.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Must provide proof of 501(c)3 or church status.

TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS
Located in the Lansing Business Park just south of Pine and west of Peoria in North Tulsa. From Pine St., turn south on Lansing. Proceed two blocks and turn west (right) on Newton St. The Food Bank is straight ahead one block.
