Offers classes in speech and communication, memory and cognition, life Skills, and leisure designed to increase and/or maintain functional independence.

Provides assistance to persons with physical disabilities to participate to the fullest extent possible in the cultural and recreational life of the community by providing outings (bowling, horseback riding, movie out, water aerobics, etc.), information and referral services, and transition support to other community recreation services.
