INTAKE PROCEDURE
Appointment required. Assessors will determine appropriate referral for DUI school, Victims Impact Panel or additional treatment. Upon completing the recommendations the counselor who conducted the assessment will then issue a red stamp signifying the next step in the process.
FEES
Set fee of $160 for assessment if offense was after November 1, 2008; $175 if offense was before November 1, 2008.
Set fee of $150 for 10 hour ADSAC class; $360 for 24 hour ADSAC class
ELIGIBILITY
No restrictions.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Must provide ticket and/or arrest report.
