SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Provides uninsured Tulsans with an eligibility screening for available coverage options and health literacy education. Team members assist qualifying individuals with enrollment in public healthcare coverage options Soonercare and Insure Oklahoma Individual Plan and refer to independent agents for enrollment assistance with ACA and Insure Oklahoma Small Business.

Appointment required; THCP team members meet at various partner locations in the Tulsa area to provide enrollment assistance.
