SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Provides resource center and 24/7 telephone information support for caregivers and family to assist with care-giving problems and referrals to community resources. Also supplies packets of information and offers autopsy network, which provides families with the opportunity to confirm a definite diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease and expand knowledge of the disease by arranging ahead of time for a brain autopsy upon death.
